Since man can think, he is thinking across the borders of his mortal existence. The earthly “vale of tears”, as which he experiences presence, cannot be everything there is! The religious-redemptive expectations, once in religious images of the messiah, paradise and afterlife is today confronting us in the powerful word of sustainability.

“There has never been so much future!” The prophecies of the oracle are nowadays called trendsetting and prognosis. What really counts is advance. Whoever is not fast enough, has no future. But isn´t it that in between the fear of missing the future and the need of trying to conserve our past, we are missing the presence – our life?

After “Matches of Time” editta braun ventures a new approach to the topic of time. Acceleration and self-alienation, fake prophets, the songs of the priest of the oracle – Pythia – and a totally present moment in a voluptuous frenzy…. Where, if not in the art, is there space for the present?
A danced and vocalized vision of entangled doctrines.
